If you are a potential AsTeRICS user or just want get accustomed to the system, this is the file to download. It contains all necessary runtime files and the needed user manuals. It also contains demonstration models showing some capabilities of the system (see ACS-subfolder 'models'). In particular it contains the following folders:

• ACS (AsTeRICS Configuration Suite)
• ARE (AsTeRICS Runtime Environment)
• CIMs (Firmware for Communication Interface Modules)
• Documentation (all manuals)
• OSKA (on-screen keyboard)
• YAAK (Android on-screen keyboard)
• AsTeRICS Phone Server (AsTeRICS Android control interface)

AsTeRICS Github-Repo

If you want to create own AsTeRICS plugins, use AsTeRICS libraries for software development or work with Brain Computer Interface algorithms, download the source code from our github repository. It contains all freely available source-code files and the needed manuals to go straight into development. In particular it contains the following folders:

• ARE (AsTeRICS Runtime Environment)
• bin (compiled version of the ARE)
• BNCIevaluationSuite (A comprehensive toolkit of matlab files for evaluation of BCI algorithms)

• NativeASAPIlibraries (libraries for interfacing with a GSM-modem, a keyboard, a 3D-mouse and a Windows Mobile Phone with C code)

AsTeRICS Ergo allows to install an environmental control system easily and without technical background knowledge. Currently it is possible to control power sockets and all devices with an infrared remote control. These are for instance:
