Abstract:
Assistive Technologies for people with severely reduced motor capabilities range from low- tech devices to gaze-estimation systems and Brain Computer Interfaces. The AsTeRICS rapid prototyping environment enables combination of traditional sensors with a user-friendly wireless EEG acquisition device (Enobio) to create hybrid BNCI solutions, supporting the highly individual capabilities of end users in various application scenarios of our everyday life. A use case is presented.
